Well, keep in mind that Those St Lou OVers happened because the Padres can actually hit a bit and the Reds gave the Mets all they could handle for those 4 games, and could have easily taken all 4 of those games as well, yet a Split was achieved for them, but -135 for Cincy sure doesnt seem out of the realm against Banks!
