CBJ is a team I have circled who I think will do better than expectations...which isn't hard considering expectations are low, but I think Atko is a sleeper for ROY...none of the 4 books I use offered win totals so I couldn't really put my money where my mouth is

I got crushed on Edmonton last night, really thought Dubnyk would perform better, but San Jose is a team to be feared, esp after signing Gomez, which should be finalized this week.

As for my Rangers, well I have no idea what is going on...I'm sure they will figure things out, and unlike years past I'd much rather start slow and finish hot as opposed to vice versa...too many times I have seen Sather dump the fan favorite though, which has always annoyed me. In the post-lockout era we have had to say goodbye to Moore, Ortmeyer, Hollweg, Betts, Orr, and now Prust, and that doesn't even include Torterella's exorcism of Avery. We can try to adopt new fan favorites, but I have trouble rooting for someone Asham who has now played for all 4 of our biggest rivals. I will never forgive that Jody Shelley signing, and I would rather have Prust or Betts over Rupp, clutch or not. I will, however, give Sather credit for dumping Dubi...never liked him and I know guys who used to play with him who said he was a prick

Leafs are a team I have always loved, and watch out for my boy Tyler Bozak this year, big things are on the horizon for him
